  • Any delays caused by the client may result in reduced shooting time or additional fees.

  • Clients are responsible for securing necessary permissions for shooting locations.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • SHOTBYNERD is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from technical malfunctions, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party actions.

  • We strive to deliver high-quality results, but final edits and artistic style are at the discretion of SHOTBYNERD.
